One of 2024’s Captivating Images

This image shows cardiomyocytes derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), cultured in a μ-Slide 8 Well. Cells were stained with cardiac troponin T (red), α-actinin (green), and DAPI (blue) to visualize different compartments of the sarcomeres and cells. The image was acquired using an Olympus IX81 with a 60x oil objective.
