    Map T-cell epitopes and monitor cellular immune responses.

    The activation of T-cells is antigen-specific and requires recognition of peptides that are bound to HLA molecule (peptide-HLA) by a T-cell receptor. With ELISpot assays, you can determine the frequency of antigen-specific T-cells in your sample.

    The new T-cell services in T-cell immune monitoring and epitope mapping are useful for multiple applications:

     T-cell monitoring in vaccine development or after infection
     Evaluating T-cell modulating effects of tolerizing peptides in autoimmune diseases
     Identification of epitopes of autoreactive T-cells
