2022 ibidi Calendar Impression:

NORWEGIAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (NTNU), TRONDHEIM, NORWAY
3D culture of an IL-22-treated mouse small intestine organoid grown in Matrigel® drops using an ibidi μ-Slide 8 Well. The organoid was stained for the antimicrobial protein RELMβ (green), the secretory cell marker Ulex Europaeus Agglutinin I (UEA I, red), β-catenin (purple), and the nuclear marker DAPI (blue). The image was acquired using a Zeiss LSM 880 confocal microscope with a 20x objective lens.
