Reactive DNA/RNA Binding Dyes

Amine-reactive succinimidyl ester (SE) of nucleic acid dyes can be conjugated to proteins or other molecules with primary amine groups. The conjugates should be essentially nonfluorescent until they bind DNA or RNA, resulting in fluorescence. We also offer reactive methylene blue, a colorimetric DNA/RNA stain.
